摘要
随着节能环保、绿色理念不断深入人心,我国将全面推进绿色智慧建造,稳步发展装配式建筑,提升建筑能效。模块化建筑是一种新型工业化装配式建筑,结合BIM等新型技术,跳出传统思维局限,成为一种新兴的建筑结构体系。结合国内外文献,基于模块建筑体系和模块单元连接技术,梳理国内外空间模块设计与研究分析,探讨未来技术研究发展方向,为实现绿色节能建筑提供可行性方案。
As the concept of energy conservation,environmental protection and green becomes more and more popular,China will comprehensively promote green and intelligent construction,steadily develop prefabricated buildings and improve building energy efficiency.Modular building is a new type of industrial prefabricated building.Combined with new technologies such as BIM,it jumps out of the traditional thinking and becomes an emerging architectural structure system.Combined with domestic and foreign literature,based on module building architecture structure and module cell connection technology,this paper reviews the design and research analysis of space modules at home and abroad,discusses the future direction of technology research and development,and provides a feasible plan for realizing green and energy-saving buildings.
