摘要
校企合作是职业院校与企业建立的一种合作关系,是保证职业教育质量的关键。职业院校的科研以应用性科研为主,对校企合作关系的持续稳固发展起着重要作用。一是对校企合作具有内在的驱动作用,能有效达成校企合作的目标;二是对校企合作具有行业产业发展趋势预测、企业技改及产品更新定向的作用;三是对校企合作中科研人才、项目、成果等具有黏合作用,可黏合高职院校教师投入应用性科研工作,形成与企业、行业合作的横向课题,并为科研成果的推广、应用创造条件。
School-enterprise cooperation is a cooperative relationship between vocational colleges and enterprises,and it is the key to ensure the quality of vocational education.The scientific research of vocational colleges is mainly applied scientific research,which plays an important role in the sustainable and stable development of school-enterprise cooperation.Applied scientific research plays an internal driving role in school-enterprise cooperation and can effectively achieve its goal.It also plays a role in the prediction of industry development trend,enterprise technological transformation and product renewal orientation for school-enterprise cooperation.It has a bonding effect on scientific research talents,projects and achievements in school-enterprise cooperation,that is,it can bond teachers in higher vocational colleges to devote themselves in applied scientific research,form horizontal projects of enterprise-industry cooperation,and create conditions for the promotion and application of scientific research achievements.
