摘要
电网事故事件风险预警分析对于掌握电网运行薄弱点,提高电网运行安全性和可靠性至关重要。如何适应电网多级调度模式,实现事故事件风险快速分析是当前电力调度面临的突出问题。本文设计并开发了基于J2EE的省地一体化电网事故事件风险预警分析系统,从系统总体设计、主要功能方面阐述了主要建设思路。从自定义报表设计、公式驱动的事故事件等级评估等方面重点介绍了系统实现的关键技术。最后,通过在云南电网中的应用验证了该事故事件风险预警分析系统的有效性和实用性,能够为省级电网公司管理事故事件提供参考和借鉴,有助于提高风险分析效率和管理水平。
Warning and analysis of power grid accident risk is essential for grasping the weaknesses of power grid operation and improving the safety and reliability of power grid.How to adapt to the multi-level dispatching mode of the power grid and realize the rapid analysis of accident risk is a prominent problem faced by the current electric power dispatching department.A J2EE-based integrated provincial-district grid accident risk warning and analysis system was designed and developed.The main ideas were expounded from the overall design and major functions of the system.From the aspects of custom report design,formuladriven accident event level evaluation,etc.,the key technologies of the system implementation are mainly introduced.Finally,the application of the system in Yunnan Power Grid verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the accident risk warning and analysis system,which can provide reference for provincial power grid companies to manage accidents and help improve the efficiency of risk analysis and management.
