摘要
桔梗科党参属植物作为我国药食两用类草本植物,其主要的化学成分为糖类、甾体类、萜类、生物碱类、酸类、木脂素类、黄酮类及各种氨基酸等。通过不同的作用机理,各种活性成分对增强机体免疫功能、修复受损神经细胞、缓解疲劳、延缓衰老、抗菌消炎等方面表现出显著功效。本文将对党参属植物的化学成分及药理活性的研究现状进行概述,为天然药物资源开发利用的系统化、合理化提供参考。
The main chemical components of codonopsis in Platycodonaceae are saccharides,steroids,terpenoids,alkaloids,acids,lignans,flavonoids and various amino acids.Through different mechanisms of action,various active ingredients have shown significant effects on enhancing immune function,repairing damaged nerve cells,alleviating fatigue,delaying aging,anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory,etc.In this paper,the research status of the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Codonopsis is summarized,which will provide reference for the systematization and rationalization of the development and utilization of natural medicine resources.
