放开往届生专升本限制对高职教育发展的价值研究

Research on the Value of Releasing the Restriction of Past StudentsPromotion from Junior College Students to Undergraduates for the Development of Higher Vocational Education

摘要 高职院校应届毕业生升本比率逐年提高,导致企业用人需求得不到满足,一定程度上影响了高职院校校企合作的推进和高技能人才培养的质量,强化了重学历轻技能的不良社会氛围,损害了我国高等职业教育发展的环境,削弱了职业院校高技能人才培养和输出的能力,最终将影响我国各产业的发展和产业升级进程。提出通过放开往届毕业生报考全日制专升本的限制,提升高等职业教育办学的学历层次和营造公平的就业环境,使高职毕业生能根据自身职业生涯发展需要适时进行专升本学历提升,进而有效构建我国职业教育终身教育体系,促进高等职业教育健康发展。 The increasing proportion of fresh graduates from higher vocational colleges leads to the unsatisfied employment needs of enterprises,which to a certain extent affects the promotion of school-enterprise cooperation and the quality of high-skilled personnel training in higher vocational colleges,and also strengthens the bad social atmosphere of emphasizing academic qualifications and neglecting skills,which damages the development environment of higher vocational education in China,weakens the ability of training and exporting high skilled talents in vocational colleges and will ultimately affect the development and upgrading of various industries in China.By releasing the restrictions on past graduates to apply for full-time college entrance examination,improving the academic level of higher vocational education and creating a fair employment environment,higher vocational graduates can timely upgrade their academic level according to their own career development needs,effectively build Chinas vocational lifelong education system,and promote the healthy development of higher vocational education.
