摘要
目的分析探究氯胺酮、异丙酚复合利多卡因用于小儿手术麻醉的临床效果。方法72例手术治疗的患儿,按随机盲选法划分为观察组与对照组,各36例。对照组患儿采取氯胺酮麻醉,观察组患儿采取氯胺酮、异丙酮复合利多卡因麻醉。比较两组相关生命体征指标水平、麻醉清醒时间、麻醉用药不良反应发生率。结果麻醉后,两组患儿的呼吸频率、收缩压、血氧饱和度、心率水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组麻醉清醒时间为(10.52±3.28)min,短于对照组的(17.76±6.47)min,差异有统计学意义(t=5.988,P<0.05)。观察组麻醉用药不良反应总发生率为5.56%,低于对照组的27.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.400,P<0.05)。结论小儿手术患儿采取氯胺酮、异丙酚复合利多卡因麻醉的效果显著,能使患儿的生命体征趋于稳定,缩短麻醉清醒时间,降低麻醉用药不良反应发生率,值得临床采纳及应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ketamine and propofol combined with lidocaine for anesthesia in pediatric surgery.Methods A total of 72 cases of children undergoing surgical treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.Children in the control group were anesthetized with ketamine,and children in the observation group were anesthetized with ketamine,propofol and lidocaine.Both groups were compared in terms of levels of related vital signs,awake time of anesthesia,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions.Results After anesthesia,there was no statistically significant difference in the respiratory rate,systolic blood pressure,blood oxygen saturation,and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The awake time of anesthesia in the observation group was(10.52±3.28)min,which was shorter than(17.76±6.47)min in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.988,P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse drug reactions to anesthesia medication in the observation group was 5.56%,which was lower than 27.78%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.400,P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of ketamine,propofol and lidocaine anesthesia has significant effect on children undergoing surgery,and it can stabilize the vital signs of the children,shorten the awake time of anesthesia,and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions,which is worthy of adoption and application.
