摘要
为提高15081回采工作面高位巷瓦斯抽采效果,分析该工作面高位巷瓦斯抽采量与抽采负压、抽采钻孔剩余有效抽采长度、回采推进度、放顶煤之间的关系,实践表明:高位巷抽采负压与抽采混合流量、瓦斯抽采纯量基本成正比关系,抽采混合流量随着抽采负压的提高而增加,随着抽采负压的降低而减少;高位巷瓦斯抽采浓度、瓦斯抽采量与工作面回采推进度基本成正比关系,工作面回采推进度越快,瓦斯抽采浓度和瓦斯抽采量越大,反之越小;高位巷瓦斯抽采浓度、瓦斯抽采量与高位巷内抽采钻孔剩余有效抽采长度基本成反比关系,高位巷内抽采钻孔剩余有效抽采长度越小,瓦斯抽采浓度和瓦斯抽采量越高,反之越低;工作面煤厚逐渐增加,放顶煤工艺实施,高位巷的瓦斯抽采量也相应增加。同时,提出高位巷瓦斯抽采存在的主要问题以及应对措施。
In order to improve the gas drainage effect of high level roadway in 15081 mining face,the relationship between gas drainage volume of high level roadway and drainage negative pressure,remaining effective drainage length of drainage borehole,mining push progress and top coal caving in the working face is analyzed.The practice shows that the drainage negative pressure of high level roadway is basically in direct proportion to the drainage mixed flow and net gas drainage volume.The mixed flow rate increases with the increase of negative pressure and decreases with the decrease of negative pressure.The gas drainage concentration and gas drainage volume of high level roadway are basically in direct proportion to the mining and pushing progress of working face.The faster the mining and pushing progress of working face,the greater the gas drainage concentration and gas drainage volume,and vice versa.The gas extraction concentration and gas extraction volume of high level roadway are basically inversely proportional to the remaining effective extraction length of extraction boreholes in high level roadway.The smaller the remaining effective extraction length of extraction boreholes in high level roadway,the higher the gas extraction concentration and gas extraction volume,and vice versa.With the gradual increase of coal thickness in the working face and the implementation of top coal caving technology,the gas drainage volume of high level roadway also increases accordingly.At the same time,the main problems and countermeasures of gas drainage in high level roadway are put forward.
