摘要
为提高瓦斯抽采效果,主焦煤矿在2307工作面底板巷实施瓦斯抽采钻孔机械造穴,施工了16个造穴钻孔,并对抽采参数进行了监测和统计分析。结果表明,利用机械造穴设备可在抽采钻孔内形成直径500 mm的洞穴,增加煤层通透性,与相似条件的普通抽采孔相比,平均抽采浓度提高了1.48倍,成效显著。
In order to improve the effect of gas drainage,the main coke coal mine implemented gas drainage drilling mechanical hole making in the floor roadway of 2307 working face,constructed 16 hole making holes,and monitored and statistically analyzed the drainage parameters.The results show that the mechanical hole making equipment can form a cave with a diameter of 500 mm in the extraction hole and increase the permeability of the coal seam.Compared with the ordinary extraction hole under similar conditions,the average extraction concentration is increased by 1.48 times,and the effect is remarkable.
