摘要
目的分析青少年口腔正畸患者的治疗依从性与正畸疗程之间的相关性。方法本研究共60例研究对象,均为2020年3月-2021年5月在我院进行青少年口腔正畸治疗的患者,采用电脑盲选法进行分组,分为对照组(常规口腔卫生教育干预,n=30)与研究组(口腔卫生教育+依从性干预,n=30)。对比分析两组的治疗依从性,统计两组的正畸治疗时长与心理状态。结果在依从率上,研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。在正畸治疗时长上,研究组短于对照组;在SAS评分上,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论青少年口腔正畸患者的治疗依从性与正畸疗程之间具有相关性,对患者进行依从性干预,能够提高患者的依从性,缩短患者的正畸疗程,舒缓患者的焦虑情绪,临床可进一步推广运用。
Objective To analyze the correlation between treatment compliance and orthodontic treatment course of adolescent orthodontic patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with adolescent orthodontic treatment in our hospital from March 2020 to May 2021 were divided into control group(routine oral health education intervention,n=30)and study group(oral health education+compliance intervention,n=30).The treatment compliance of the two groups was compared and analyzed,and the orthodontic treatment duration and psychological state of the two groups were counted.Results The compliance rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The duration of orthodontic treatment in the study group was shorter than that in the control group;In SAS score,the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conelusion There is a correlation between the treatment compliance and orthodontic treatment course of adolescent orthodontic patients.The compliance intervention can improve the compliance of patients,shorten the orthodontic treatment course of patients and relieve the anxiety of patients,which can be further applied in clinic.
