摘要
目的探讨血液细胞分析在支原体肺炎患儿中的诊断价值。方法收集2019年6月-2020年10月在我院进行治疗的获得性肺炎患儿,共67例。根据支原体核酸筛查、痰液筛查和呼吸道病原多重核酸筛查将其分为支原体肺炎、细菌性肺炎和病毒性肺炎三组。血细胞分析仪计数并分析三组患儿体内血液细胞差异。结果细菌性肺炎患儿体内WBC、NEU、MON、PLT、CRP、NLR、MLR、PLR和NMP水平均显著高于支原体肺炎患儿,MPV/PLT显著低于支原体肺炎患儿;细菌性肺炎患儿体内WBC、NEU、MON、PLT、CRP、NLR、PLR和NMP水平均显著高于病毒性肺炎患儿,MPV/PLT显著低于病毒性肺炎患儿。结论中性粒细胞和单核细胞比值可以区分支原体、细菌和病毒感染引起的肺炎,为肺炎的鉴别诊断提供新的方向。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of blood cell analysis in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 67 children with acquired pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from June 2019 to October 2020 were collected.According to mycoplasma nucleic acid screening,sputum screening and multiple nucleic acid screening of respiratory pathogens,they are divided into three groups:mycoplasma pneumonia,bacterial pneumonia and viral pneumonia.The blood cell analyzer counted and analyzed the differences in blood cells in the three groups of children.Results The levels of WBC,NEU,MON,PLT,CRP,NLR,MLR,PLR and NMP in children with bacterial pneumonia were significantly higher than those in children with mycoplasma pneumonia,and MPV/PLT was significantly lower than in children with mycoplasma pneumonia;children with bacterial pneumonia The levels of WBC,NEU,MON,PLT,CRP,NLR,PLR and NMP in the body were significantly higher than those of children with viral pneumonia,and MPV/PLT were significantly lower than those of children with viral pneumonia.Conelusion The ratio of neutrophils to monocytes can distinguish pneumonia caused by mycoplasma,bacterial and viral infections,and provide a new direction for the differential diagnosis of pneumonia.
