音乐促醒辅以语言唤醒策略应用于脑出血术后昏迷的临床成效 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究高血压性脑出血术后昏迷患者引入音乐促醒辅以语言唤醒策略的临床成效。方法将我院收治的74例高血压性脑出血术后昏迷患者,随机平均分组命名为观察组和对照组,对照组开展传统护理,观察组则实施音乐促醒辅以语言唤醒策略。比较两组各项指标。结果观察组干预后EEG评分高于对照组,GCS及DRS评分低于对照组,意识恢复总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论音乐促醒辅以语言唤醒策略应用于高血压性脑出血术后昏迷患者,能改善神经功能,促进意识苏醒。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of music induced coma in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 74 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital were randomly named as observation group and control group.The control group carried out traditional care,while the observation group implemented music wake-up assisted with language wake-up strategy.Compare the two groups of indicators.Results EEG score after observation group was higher than control group,GCS and DRS score were lower than control group,and consciousness recovery was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conelusion The application of language awakening strategy in coma patients after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can improve nerve function and promote consciousness awakening.
