摘要 为了便于高速服务区小型污水处理设备的运维管控,结合工艺要求设计了自动控制及远程监测系统,依据设备类型及工作模式提取其可调节的过程运行参数,并进行参数化程序设计,实现了设备参数化运行,以适应高速服务区日处理水量波动大的场景;同时增加远程数据监测功能,极大地方便了污水处理设备的运维。 In order to facilitate the operation, maintenance, management and control of small sewage treatment equipment in expressway service areas, this paper designed an automatic control and remote monitoring system based on the technological requirements, and the adjustable process operation parameters were extracted according to the equipment type and its working mode. The parameterized program was designed to realize the parameterized operation of the equipment, so as to adapt to the large fluctuating scene of daily processing water in the expressway service area. The remote data monitoring function was added, which has greatly facilitated the operation and maintenance of the sewage treatment equipment.
