摘要
在无线电能传输系统中,副边线圈相对原边线圈的偏移是不可避免的,所以提高无线电能传输系统的抗偏移能力十分重要。基于双边CLC拓扑提出了与负载无关的混合拓扑电路且分析了抗偏移恒流输出特性。为验证所提出的电路拓扑结构的有效性,搭建了1 kW的原理样机进行试验。结果表明,无线电能传输系统在X轴方向偏移±212.5 mm,Y轴方向偏移±48 mm,Z轴方向偏移-48~+35 mm,负载在50~100Ω范围内变化,系统输出电流波动在±5%以内,且效率为90.20%~95.81%。
Since misalignment between the primary and secondary windings is inevitablein the WPT system,it is of significance to improve the misalignment tolerance of the WPT system.Based onthe double-sided capacitor-inductor-capacitor(CLC),the hybrid topology with the load-independent output characteristicis proposed and the performances of misalignment tolerance and output current of the hybrid topology are analyzedin this paper.In order to validate the performances of the proposed topology,a 1 kW prototype is built,and the corresponding experiments are carried out.Experimental results show that the WPT system can tolerate±212.5 mm X-misalignment,±48 mm Y-misalignment and-48~+35 mm Z-misalignment with load varying from 50Ωto 100Ω,while the fluctuation of output current is within±5%,and the system efficiency of the WPT system is from 90.20%up to 95.81%.
