摘要 随着中国经济社会发展进入新阶段,高等职业教育被提到了前所未有的高度,做好职业教育需要拥有一批懂理论、能实践的高职院校教师队伍,教师参与企业实践锻炼,是提高实践能力的重要途径。本文从教师企业实践的价值创造角度,剖析了合作关系的价值基础,梳理了价值创造的基本逻辑,构建了基于贡献的实践模式思考模型,提出了管理的关键要素和基本原则,为探索教师企业实践提供了新的视角。 With China’s economic and social development entering a new stage,higher vocational education has been raised to an unprecedented height.To do a good job in vocational education,we need to have a group of teachers in higher vocational colleges who understand theory and can practice,and teachers’participation in enterprise practice is an important way to improve their practical ability.From the perspective of value creation of teachers’enterprise practice,this paper analyzes the value basis of cooperative relationship,combs the basic logic of value creation,constructs a thinking model of practice mode based on contribution,and puts forward the key elements and basic principles of management,which provides a new perspective for exploring teachers’enterprise practice.
