摘要
[目的/意义]多年来,中央决策层都高度重视国际传播能力建设与智库国际影响力的打造。然而,打造具有与中国综合国力和国际地位相匹配的国际话语权与智库建设的任务至今仍然很重,具有广泛国际传播力的中国智库报告与研究成果的产出频率偏低。这为智库国际影响力的研究与建设提出了新的探索方向与案例分享的空间。[方法/过程]本文以《"美国第一"?!美国抗疫真相》报告为分析案例,以牵头发布人的亲历者身份复盘该智库报告的始末。[结果/结论]在梳理总结其中值得其他智库借鉴的特点与经验的基础上,本文提出了"官方指导+创新运营+重大话题+精准时点"的新型传播模式,并设想中国智库国际影响力的更高绩效目标,以期为提升中国智库的国际话语权提供未来可参考的理论指引。
[Purpose/significance]For many years,China’s policymakers have attached great importance to the construction of international communication capacity and the international influence of think tanks.However,the task of building an international voice and think tank that matches China’s comprehensive national strength and international status is still very heavy,and the frequency of reports and research results of Chinese think tanks with wide international dissemination is not much.This provides a new exploration direction and case sharing space for the research and construction of the international influence of think tanks.[Method/Process]This paper takes the report America first?! The truth about American’s fight against Covid-19 as an analysis case,and repeats the beginning and end of the report of the think tank as an experienced person.[Results/Conclusion]On the basis of combing and summarizing the characteristics and experience that can be used for reference by other think tanks,this paper puts forward a new communication mode of "official guidance + innovative operation + major topics + precise time points",and envisages a higher performance goal of the international influence of Chinese think tanks,in order to provide reference theoretical guidance for improving the international discourse power of Chinese think tanks in the future.
