摘要
为保障车辆日检作业质量,提高检修效率,减少不必要的过度修,同时实现科学、高效和高质量的检修目标,上海轨道交通结合原有的车辆日检规程编制经验,应用FMEA(失效模式与影响分析),在上海轨道交通13号线车辆日检作业中尝试“四日检”模式。介绍了FMEA分析方法,分析了13号线车辆日检试行“四日检”的可行性,并以试行“四日检”前后各6个月的车辆部件故障数据分析了应用效果。采用“四日检”模式,不仅降低了人车比,确保了列车检修质量,保证了列车每日用车率,而且班组的检修效率明显提高。
To ensure the daily inspection quality of train,improve the efficiency of maintenance and decrease the excessive repair,so as to achieve scientific,efficient and high-quality maintenance objectives at work,the failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA)theory is used to practice the four-day inspection mode on Shanghai rail transit Line 13 on the basis of Shanghai experiences in compiling vehicle daily inspection regulations.In this paper,the feasibility of four-day inspection mode trial implementation is elaborated,the FMEA analysis method is introduced,respective data of vehicle component failures within six months before and after the implementation of four-day inspection is analyzed.The result shows that the implementation of four-day inspection mode has reduced the man/vehicle ratio,guaranteed the inspection quality and daily usage rate of trains,the maintenance efficiency of the team is also significantly improved.
