摘要
对地铁车辆车顶设备进行检修时,需进行断、送电作业,针对目前断、送电作业流程中存在的问题及安全,设计开发了地铁车辆检修断、送电作业流程管理系统。介绍了该系统的设计目的、设计原则、总体方案和系统组成。阐述了基于该系统的断、送电作业流程。有效提升车辆车顶设备检修断、送电作业流程安全管控的防错等级,可使车辆检修作业更安全、更可靠。
During the maintenance of metro train roof platform,it is necessary to carry out power cut-off and transmission operation.In view of the existing problems and hidden dangers in the operation,a new power cut-off and transmission process management system is designed and practiced.In this paper,the design purpose,principle,overall scheme and system composition are introduced,the power cut-off and transmission process of the system are described.This system can effectively improve the error proofing level of the safety management and control process of the roof equipment maintenance,power transmission process,make the maintenance and train maintenance operation safer and more reliable.
