设施膜上移栽机栽植机构设计与试验 被引量:2

Simulation design and experiment of key mechanisms of above-film transplanters

摘要 针对设施蔬菜穴盘苗移栽机膜上作业效果不好、稳定性较差等问题,设计一种八杆栽植机构,建立八杆栽植机构的数学模型并进行仿真分析与效果验证。使用Adams动力仿真软件,对八杆栽植机构的虚拟样机在取投苗效率为120株/min,栽植深度为60 mm,株距为200 mm、300 mm、450 mm时进行仿真分析,仿真分析结果表明:膜面连接长度满足蔬菜移栽机行业标准。按蔬菜移栽机膜面穴口开孔合格率中膜面连接长度测定方法对八杆栽植机构样机进行试验测试,试验结果表明:样机株距设置为200 mm、300 mm、450 mm时,膜面连接长度平均值为141 mm、237 mm、368 mm,与仿真结果误差分别为8.5%、6%、6.1%。 To solve the problems of bad up-film operating effect and poor stability of the greenhouse vegetable pot seedling transplanter, an eight-bar transplanting mechanism was developed. Its mathematical model was established with simulation analysis and effect verification. Using Adams dynamic simulation software, the virtual prototype of the eight-bar mechanism was simulated and analyzed with the plant spacing of 200 mm, 300 mm, and 450 mm when the efficiency of seedling picking and dropping was 120 plants/min and the planting depth was 60 mm. The simulation results showed that the length of the plastic film met the industry standard of vegetable transplanter. The prototype of the eight-bar mechanism was tested according to the measuring method of film surface connection length of vegetable transplanter. The test results showed that when plant spacing was 200 mm, 300 mm, and 450 mm, the average connection length of the film surface was 141 mm, 237 mm, and 368 mm, which were 8.5%, 6%, and 6.1% different from the simulation results respectively.
