摘要
基建项目财务管理信息化,是指企业利用现代化网络技术的电子信息处理技术,以基建项目的财务管理为核心内容,通过业务管理与财务管理的一体化融合,实现对基建项目相关财务信息快捷采集与处理的信息化系统,在业务操作、管理控制和战略决策等多个层面为企业提供信息系统支持。本文结合笔者多年来的基建项目财务管理经验,分析现阶段基建项目财务管理在企业中普遍存在的问题,提出可行的信息化建设方案及目标。
Infrastructure project financial management informatization refers to the information system that enterprises use the electronic information processing technology of modern network technology,take the financial management of infrastructure project as the core content,and realize the quick collection and processing of financial information related to infrastructure projects through the integration of business management and financial management,providing information system support for enterprises in business operation,management control and strategic decision.This paper mainly combines many years of experience in financial management of infrastructure projects,analyzes the common problems existing in the financial management of infrastructure projects in enterprises,and puts forward feasible information construction scheme and objectives.
