摘要
目的分析氯吡格雷预防冠心病介入治疗心血管不良事件的疗效。方法40例冠心病介入治疗患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各20例。对照组的患者给予噻氯匹定治疗,观察组给予氯吡格雷。比较两组用药前后的血栓素B2水平及血小板聚集率,心血管不良事件发生率。结果用药后6、12、24 h,观察组血栓素B2水平、血小板聚集率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心血管不良事件发生率5.00%(1/20)低于对照组的35.00%(7/20),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.625,P<0.05)。结论氯吡格雷预防冠心病介入治疗心血管不良事件的疗效确切,可有效降低患者的血栓素B2水平、血小板聚集率,并减少不良心血管事件的发生,可更好改善患者的预后,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of clopidogrel in preventing cardiovascular adverse events during coronary interventional therapy.Methods A total of 40 patients with coronary interventional therapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with ticlopidine,and patients in the observation group was treated with clopidogrel.Both groups were compared in terms of thromboxane B2 and platelet aggregation rate before and after medication,and incidence of cardiovascular adverse events.Results 6,12 and 24 h after medication,the thromboxane B2 and platelet aggregation rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events 5.00%(1/20)in the observation group was lower than 35.00%(7/20)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.625,P<0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel has definite efficacy in preventing adverse cardiovascular events during coronary interventional therapy.It can effectively reduce the level of thromboxane B2,platelet aggregation rate,lower the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events,and better improve the prognosis of patients.It is worthy of promotion.
