摘要
海洋贻贝能够在不同材料表面产生极强的黏附作用,通过将黏附基团邻苯二酚结构与多肽、多糖以及高分子化合物相结合,获得具有相似黏附能力的仿贻贝化合物,是当前贻贝仿生研究的热点之一。因其具有独特的黏附性、生物相容性以及出色的表面性质广泛应用于生物医药领域。本文综述了近10年来国内外有关仿贻贝聚合物的研究进展,按照接枝对象种类进行分类,并对其在生物医药领域的应用和发展趋势进行概述。
Marine mussel can produce a strong adhesion phenomenon on the surface of different materials,and obtain mussel-inspired compounds with similar adhesion ability by combining the structure of adhesion group catechol with polypeptides,polysaccharides and polymer compounds,which is one of the hotspots of mussel bionic research.The catechol structure is widely used in biomedical field due to its unique adhesion,biocompatibility and excellent surface properties.This review focused on the research progress of mussel-inspired polymers in China and abroad in the past decade and classified them according to the types of grafting objects of mussel-inspired polymers,the application and development trend of mussel-inspired polymers in the field of biomedicine were summarized.
