摘要
多式联运发展关系整个物流业降本增效和综合交通运输体系的发展。本文通过实地调研对湖南省岳阳市货物运输总量变化趋势和多式联运现状进行详细分析,剖析岳阳市多式联运发展过程中遇到的主要问题,从完善统计制度、标准体系建设、培养多式联运经营人、一单制改革、人才培养等方面提出发展策略,为推进岳阳市多式联运体系建设提供参考。
The development of multimodal transport is related to the cost-reduction and efficiency-increase of the whole logistics industry and the development of the comprehensive transport system.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the changing trend of the total volume of freight transport and the current situation of multimodal transport in Yueyang,Hunan Province.Through field investigation,this paper analyzes the main problems encountered in the development of multimodal transport in this city,and puts forward the development strategies from five aspects such as perfecting the statistical system,constructing the standard system,training the operators of multimodal transport,reforming the single system,and training the talents,so as to provide reference for promoting the construction of intermodal transport system in this city.
