摘要
文中基于理论分析和试验验证的方法,建立制动钳体弹性滞后特性模型,并通过试验验证制动钳体的内部摩擦阻力是影响弹性滞后量的主因。提出弹性滞后不可避免,可以通过制动初始气压、制动卸载气压和弹性滞后率来评价和控制制动钳体的弹性滞后性能指标。
Based on theoretical analysis and experimental verification,this paper establishes a model of the elastic hysteresis characteristics.And verifies the internal friction of the breaking clamps is the main factor affecting the elastic hysteresis through experiments.It pointed out that the elastic hysteresis characteristic was unavoidable.The elastic hysteresis performance index of the braking clamps can be evaluated and controlled by the initial braking pressure,the braking unloading pressure and the elastic hysteresis rate.
