摘要
我国自20世纪80年代起,有些电厂开始引进锅炉给水加氧处理技术,一般采用锅炉加氧处理的机组均为超-超临界机组,此类机组采用给水加氧处理可大大提高机组的安全性和经济性。给水采用加氧处理的目的是通过改变给水处理方式,降低锅炉给水的含铁量和抑制炉前系统(特别是锅炉省煤器入口管和高压加热器管的流动加速情况下)腐蚀,达到降低锅炉水冷壁管氧化铁的沉积速率和延长锅炉化学清洗周期的目标。文章结合运行经验,对直流锅炉给水采用全自动保护加氧技术的工艺流程,给水全自动加氧的效果,给水全自动加氧的目的以及优势进行阐述。
Since the 1980s and 1990s,individual power plants have begun to introduce boiler feedwater oxygenation treatment technology.Generally,the units that use boiler oxygenation treatment are ultra-supercritical units.The use of feedwater oxygenation treatment for such units can greatly improve the unit’s performance.Safety and economy.The purpose of oxygen treatment for feed water is to reduce the iron content of the boiler feed water and inhibit the corrosion of the boiler front system(especially when the flow of the boiler economizer inlet pipe and the high pressure heater pipe is accelerated)by changing the feed water treatment method to reduce the corrosion.The deposition rate of iron oxide in boiler water wall tubes and the goal of prolonging the boiler chemical cleaning cycle.Combining operating experience,the process flow of once-through boiler feed water adopting automatic protection and oxygenation technology,the effect of automatic oxygenation of feed water,the purpose and advantages of automatic oxygenation of feed water are explained.
