摘要
跆拳道具有竞技性和观赏性的特点,近年来随着素质教育的不断推进,跆拳道运动受到了越来越多人的喜爱和认可,逐渐被纳入到高校体育课程中,目的在于在提高学生身体素质的基础上实现意志品格的提升。但是从当前的实际情况来看,在高校体育教学中,跆拳道教学的开展与推广还存在问题,面临着一定的困境,对此必须要予以高度重视。
Taekwondo is competitive and ornamental.In recent years,with the continuous promotion of quality education,taekwondo has been loved and recognized by more and more people,and gradually incorporated into the college physical education curriculum.The purpose is to achieve the promotion of will and character on the basis of improving students'physical quality.But from the current actual situation,there are still some problems in the development and promotion of taekwondo teaching in colleges and universities,facing certain difficulties,which we must attach great importance to.
