摘要
依托河北京德高速新建项目,开展了光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)传感器在永久路面结构力学响应监测中的应用研究。提出了FBG传感器监测路面结构面层、基层和路基力学响应的一种布设方案;结合布设方案,统计了FBG传感器在沥青混合料面层、水泥稳定碎石基层和无机结合料稳定土路基实际施工环境中的存活率;结合成活传感器施工过程的监测数据,分析了传感器在评估施工压实均匀性中的应用;通过车辆加载实验,分析了动载作用下车辆轴载、轴型和速度对结构层应变响应的影响规律。研究表明:路面实际工况下,传感器的成活率不高且面层传感器成活率最低,说明沥青混合料层的高温施工环境对传感器存活极为不利;成活的FBG传感器与面层、基层和路基材料具有较好的协同变形特性,可以实现结构层施工碾压过程均匀性的评估分析和动载作用下路面结构力学响应的监测。
Based on the new project of Jingde Expressway in Hebei Province,research on application of fiber Bragg grating(FBG)sensor in mechanical response monitoring of permanent pavement structure is studied.A layout scheme of fiber Bragg grating sensor for monitoring the mechanical response of pavement surface,base and subgrade is proposed.Combined with the layout scheme,the survival rate of fiber Bragg grating sensors in the actual construction environment of asphalt mixture surface layer,cement stabilized macadam base and inorganic binder stabilized soil subgrade is counted.Combined with the monitoring data of the construction process of the survival sensor,the application of the fiber Bragg grating sensor in evaluating the uniformity of construction compaction is analyzed.Through the vehicle loading experiment,the influence of vehicle axle load,axle type and speed on the strain response of structural layer under dynamic load is analyzed.The research shows that under the actual working conditions of the road,the survival rate of the fiber Bragg grating sensor is not high and the survival rate of the surface layer sensor is the lowest,indicating that the high temperature construction environment of the asphalt mixture layer is extremely unfavorable to the survival of the sensor.The living fiber Bragg grating sensor has good synergistic deformation characteristics with surface,base and subgrade materials,which can realize the evaluation and analysis of the uniformity of the construction rolling process of the structural layer and the monitoring of the mechanical response of the pavement structure under dynamic load.
