改性聚磷酸铵对聚氨酯树脂阻燃性能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 使用甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)对聚磷酸铵(APP)进行改性,制备得到硅烷聚磷酸铵(SiAPP),将SiAPP与三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)、氢氧化铝(ATH)、气相法二氧化硅等复配得到膨胀型阻燃剂,并将该阻燃剂用于制备阻燃聚氨酯树脂。采用综合热重分析仪、垂直燃烧测试仪、极限氧指数测试仪等对SiAPP和阻燃聚氨酯树脂进行性能分析。结果表明,SiAPP的耐水性、热稳定性显著提升;膨胀型阻燃剂能明显提升聚氨酯树脂的阻燃性能,含阻燃剂质量分数为15%的聚氨酯树脂阻燃等级为V0级,极限氧指数达到26.2%。 Ammonium polyphosphate(APP)was modified by methyltrimethoxysilane(MTMS)to obtain silane ammonium polyphosphate(SiAPP).The intumescent flame retardant(IFR)was obtained by mixing SiAPP with melamine polyphosphate(MPP),aluminum hydroxide(ATH)and used for preparing flame retardant polyurethane.The performance of SiAPP and flame retardant polyurethane were characterized by means of TG,vertical combustion and LOI.The results showed that the thermal stability and water resistant of SiAPP were significantly improved.The IFR could significantly improve the flame retardancy of polyurethane,the polyurethane which 15%mass fraction of IFR adding was reached grade V0,and the LOI reached 26.2%.
