Development of analytical techniques for pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables

摘要 随着人们生活水平的不断提高,食品安全问题备受关注,其中果蔬类食品农药残留是否超标已成为人们关注的焦点。本文对果蔬类食品农药残留的危害、分析技术以及评价标准进行了概述,主要对样品前处理和各类仪器检测技术进行分析和讨论,并对这两方面的发展提出展望,旨在提高我国果蔬类食品农药残留的检测技术,确保食品安全,推动和谐社会的建立与发展。 With the continuous improvement of people′s living standards, food safety has attracted much attention, and whether pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables exceed the standard has become the focus of people′s attention.The hazards, analytical techniques and evaluation criteria of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables were summarized in this paper, and the sample pretreatment and various instrument detection techniques were mainly analyzed and discussed, and the development prospect of these two aspects was put forward.The aim is to improve the detection technology of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetable foods in China to ensure food safety and promote the establishment and development of a harmonious society.
