The Geely Emgrand EV450 motor controller controls the energy transmission from the power battery pack to the motor,and collects the motor position signal and the three-phase current detection signal at the same time to accurately control the operation of the drive motor.The motor controller inverts the high-voltage DC power in the power battery to AC power to drive the motor.It also has an energy recovery function.The kinetic energy of the wheel rotation is converted into electrical energy to charge the power battery during the braking or coasting phase of the vehicle.The motor is used as a generator.This article introduces the electric drive system of Geely Auto’s Emgrand EV450 in detail,and systematically explains the structure,working mode,working principle,and troubleshooting.
