新商科背景下高职市场营销专业学生创新创业教育研究与探索

摘要 在“全民创业、万众创新”的大环境之下,培养学生的自主创新创业能力变得愈发重要,高职院校专门为了培养出具有专业技术能力并且符合时代需求的学生,所以在高等职业教育当中加强对学生的自主创新创业培训是十分必要的。本文将围绕创新创业教育展开论述,以高职院校市场营销专业的学生为对象,首先明确新商科背景下人才需求的变化,进一步剖析高职院校创新创业教学的现况,并以此为基础探究出自主创新创业教育的有效策略。 Under the environment of“national entrepreneurship and innovation”,cultivating students’independent innovation and entrepreneurship abilities has become more and more important.Higher vocational colleges specialize in cultivating students with professional technical capabilities and meeting the needs of the times.It is very necessary to strengthen the training of students'independent innovation and entrepreneurship in higher vocational education.This article will focus on innovation and entrepreneurship education.Targeting students majoring in marketing in higher vocational colleges,the article first clarifies the changes in demand for talents under the background of new business,and further analyzes the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching in higher vocational colleges.And using this as an example,the foundation explores effective strategies for independent innovation and entrepreneurship education.
