摘要 目的:研制DR儿童体部侧位水平投照床边摄影探测器固定装置及体部垫板,减少图像中的外来异物影。方法:根据DR影像探测器的尺寸设计并制作固定装置,使探测器在儿童体部侧位水平投照床边拍摄过程中稳定直立。使用不同材料的体部垫板,使被拍摄儿童的体部垫高,避免异物遮挡。选取2020年8月—2021年6月30例未使用固定装置及体部垫板的DR儿童体部侧位水平投照床边片的患儿作为对照组;使用固定装置及体部垫板拍摄的30例DR儿童体部侧位水平投照床边片患儿作为试验组。对两组病例的图像质量进行主观评分,比较外来异物影控制效果。结果:对照组图像质量主观评价得分为(3.03±0.72),实验组图像质量主观评价得分为(4.63±0.49),两组之间的图像质量主观评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:探测器固定装置和体部垫板可消除DR儿童体部侧位水平投照床边X线摄影外来异物影,效果显著,值得推广。 Objective To create a fixed device and body pad for bedside photography in children's body lateral horizontal projection in DR,and to eliminate radiographic artifacts on the images.Methods According to the size of DR image detector,a fixed device was designed and made to make the detector stand stably and upright during bedside photography of children's body lateral horizontal projection.The body pads of different materials are used to pad up the body of the photographed child to avoid foreign object.From August 2020 to June 2021,30 Dr children without fixed devices and body pads were selected as the control group;30 Dr children with lateral horizontal projection bedside films were taken with fixation device and body pad as the experimental group.The image quality of the two groups of patients was subjectively scored to compare the effect of radiographic artifacts control.Results The subjective evaluation score of image quality was(3.03±0.72)in the control group and(4.63±0.49)in the experimental group,and there was significant difference in the subjective evaluation score of image quality between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The fixed device of DR detector and body pad are effective in eliminating bedside X-ray photographic artifacts in children with DR in lateral horizontal projection of the body.
