摘要
以北京市三大区域性服装批发市场为研究案例,基于问卷调查数据探究了功能疏解背景下居民对区域性服装批发市场疏解的感知、态度及其影响因素。研究表明:(1)城市居民对批发市场疏解带来的经济效益、生活便利性等方面具有积极的感知;(2)不同属性居民的感知程度存在显著差异,性别、户籍、学历、收入、工作地是居民环境方面影响感知的重要因素,年龄、工作地、职业、距离等因素对居民经济方面影响感知具有显著负向影响;(3)47.5%的居民支持区域性服装批发市场的疏解,其中性别、户籍、收入因素等居民属性特征,距最近批发市场距离、工作地等距离因素,经济、租金、生活便利、环境、城市形象等居民感知因素显著影响其对疏解的态度。
Based on questionnaires survey data, this study takes three major regional garment wholesale markets in Beijing as research cases to explore residents’ perception, attitude and influencing factors of regional garment wholesale market alienation under the background of functional dispersion.The results show that:(1)Urban residents have a positive perception of the economic benefits and convenience of life brought about by the dispersion of wholesale markets.(2)There are significant differences in perception of different attributes of residents.Gender, household registration, educational background, income and place of work are important factors of residents’ perception of environmental impact;age, place of work, occupation, distance and other factors have a significant negative impact on residents’ perception of economic impact.(3)About 47.5% of the residents support the dispersion;gender, household registration, income and other residential attributes, distance from the nearest wholesale market, working place and other factors, economy, rent, convenience of life, environment, city image and other residents’ perception factors are significant respond to its attitude to regional garment wholesale market dispersion.
