井下超音速雾化排水工艺适应性研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,超音速雾化成了低压低产井排液新工艺的热点,但从矿场应用情况来看,效果不尽人意。利用Fluent仿真模拟手段,建立了拉法尔管模型和普通喷嘴模型,数值模拟了两种模型在相同生产条件下的流动状态。通过对比分析,从机理角度回答了超音速雾化排水工艺是否能提升排液效果,为该工艺是否具备推广价值提供理论决策依据。分析结果表明,基于拉法尔喷管原理的超音速雾化装置能达到超音速状态,出口流速相对于普通喷嘴有大幅提升,但是这种效果的作用距离非常有限,相对于1000~2000 m井深来说显得效果很微弱。 In recent years,supersonic atomization has become hot topic in novel drainage gas recovery technology for low pressure and low production gas well.But from the field application,the performance is still far from satisfactory.In this study,a Laval tube model and ordinary nozzle model is established using the Fluent software to simulate the flow state of the two models under the same operation condition.Through comparative analysis,this study presents a response to whether the supersonic atomization drainage process can improve drainage effect from mechanical point of view and provides a theoretical decision-making basis for the promotion value of this process.The results show that supersonic atomization facility can truly achieve supersonic state based on the principle of Laval nozzle.There is a significant increase in outlet velocity compared to a normal nozzle.But the effect has very limited range of action and appears to be weak for 1000~2000 m well depth.
