摘要
类比2106工作面回风巷在采动条件下巷道变形量大,支护设施失效等状况,本文预先针对2107工作面回风巷支护方案进行优化设计,现场实施结果表明,巷道顶底板移近量和两帮移近量得到较大降低,其中顶板、底板、实体煤帮和煤柱帮稳定值分别为104 mm、325 mm、96 mm和130 mm,同时优化方案加强对顶底角区域的支护,有效改善了巷道围岩整体支护效能。
Referring the roadway deformation,support facilities failure in ventilation roadway at 2106 working face,the author proposes the optimization design for ventilation roadway support at 2107 working face,whose on-site implementation shows that the convergence of the roof and floor,and that of two sides are greatly reduced,with the stable values of the roof,the floor,the solid coal wall and the coal pillars wall of 104 mm,325 mm,96 mm and 130 mm respectively,enhancing the corner region support and effectively improving the overall supporting effect of the roadway surrounding rock.
