摘要
流动就业对医保转移接续工作提出了更高的要求。通过分析2014年—2019年上海松江区医保转移接续工作实际进展和难点问题发现,工业化和城市化进程虽然带动了劳动力外出就业,但是在流动就业过程中医保关系的中断或转接受阻,会给参保人员带来很大的成本消耗。本文通过分析松江区医保关系转移接续数据及工作现状,为进一步推进医保转移接续工作提出建议。
The improvement of employment mobility puts forward higher requirements for the transfer and continuation of medical insurance.By analyzing the actual progress and difficult problems of medical insurance transfer and continuation in Songjiang District of Shanghai from 2014 to 2019,it is found that although the process of industrialization and urbanization has driven the labor force to go out for employment,the interruption or transfer of medical insurance relationship in the process of fl oating employment will bring great cost consumption to the insured.By analyzing the data and current situation of medical insurance relationship transfer and continuation in Songjiang District,this paper puts forward some suggestions for further promoting medical insurance transfer and continuation.
