改性聚苯胺助力碳基超级电容器电解液

摘要 利用翡翠盐聚苯胺上的苯胺阳离子与氢离子结合发生氧化还原反应,将聚苯胺作为碳基超级电容器的电解液添加剂。将羟基基团引入到聚苯胺长链中,羟基作为极性强的亲水基团,其强的分子间作用力可以有效结合电子,从而加快氧化还原反应的进程。傅里叶红外光谱分析(FTIR)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)的测试结果表明,改性后的聚苯胺富含羟基基团。通过对样品进行接触角测试,显示羟基改性后的聚苯胺亲水性有极大改善。电化学测试结果表明,体系的电化学性能有显著提升。三电极测试结果显示在1 A·g^(-1)的电流密度下,比电容从134 F·g^(-1)增大到250 F·g^(-1),增幅接近原来的2倍。在功率密度为500 W·kg^(-1),二电极体系测试的能量密度更是高达41.47 Wh·kg^(-1)。 The aniline cations on the emerald salt polyaniline are combined with hydrogen ions to undergo a redox reaction,and the polyaniline is used as a redox additive for carbon-based supercapacitors.Hydroxyl groups are introduced into the polyaniline long chain,as a hydrophilic group with strong polarity,hydroxyl group can improve the hydrophilicity of polyaniline,and its strong intermolecular force in the electrolyte can effectively combine electrons,thereby accelerating the process of redox reaction.The test results of Fourier Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS)show that the modified polyaniline is rich in hydroxyl groups.The contact angle test on the sample shows that the hydrophilicity of the hydroxyl-modified polyaniline is greatly improved.The electrochemical test results show that the electrochemical performance of the device is significantly improved after the hydroxyl modified polyaniline is added to the sulfuric acid electrolyte.The three-electrode test results show that at a current density of 1 A·g^(-1),when the alginic acid modified polyaniline is used as the electrolyte additive,the specific capacitance of the device is from 134 F·g^(-1)increased to 250 F·g^(-1),an increase close to twice the original.At a power density of 500 W·kg^(-1).
