计算流体力学在废水处理中的应用——以活性污泥法二沉池为例

摘要 近年来计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)在环保水处理领域受到越来越多的重视。在活性污泥法处理废水的二沉池设计和构筑中,CFD模型的最基本应用是结构优化,在出水口下方设置挡板后,池内的泥水分离效果得以提高;在此基础上,利用CFD获得废水处理反应器内的流体力学特性,用于分析和解释反应器内发生的颗粒沉降和污泥膨胀等各种现象,提出解决方案并防范高能耗、低速率的负面影响;进一步发挥CFD的优势,与活性污泥的生化反应动力学研究相结合,可以规划废水处理的控制策略,调整工艺和参数,预测二沉池出水的质与量。 Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)has been applied widely in many fields due to its powerful strength in computation.It also got lots of attention in wastewater treatment processes.This paper introduces how to apply CFD into wastewater treatment based on our research in secondary sedimentation tanks.The first application is structure design and optimization,which is well known.The second application is to analyze and explain the phenomena occurring in reactors with the hydrodynamic characteristic obtained from CFD modeling.Control strategy could be presented based on them.The third and senior application of CFD is to combine with other models.It would combine with Activated Sludge Model in wastewater treatment realm in this study.Hopefully,it can promote the similar applied research in other fields.
