摘要
以强酸性红色偶氮染料废液为处理对象,在强酸介质中采用零价铁降解偶氮染料并用碳酸钙中和强酸。探究了降解时间、pH、铁粉的用量对偶氮染料去除率的影响及碳酸钙的用量对强酸中和效果的影响。研究结果表明:当反应时间为30 min,pH值为1.5,零价铁用量为8.0 g/L及碳酸钙用量为5.0 g/L时,红色偶氮染料的去除率为99.2%,废液中强酸可以被有效中和。
Taking the waste liquid containing strong acidic and red azo dye as the treatment target.The azo dye were degraded with zero valent iron and the strong acid was neutralized with calcium carbonate.The effects of degradation time,pH and amount of iron powder on removal rate of azo dye were investigated.The amount of calcium carbonate on neutralization effect of strong acid were studied.The results show that when the reaction time is 30 min,pH=1.5,the dosage of zero-valent iron is 8.0 g/L,the dosage of calcium carbonate is 5.0 g/L,the removal rate of red azo dye is 99.2%,and the strong acid in the waste liquid can be effectively neutralized.
