摘要
目的探讨血清白介素-25(IL-25)、白介素-33(IL-33)和嗜酸细胞趋化因子(Eotaxin)与支气管哮喘(BA)患者气道炎性反应的相关性。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月收治的BA患者146例,根据病情进展情况将患者分为急性期组(患者处于支气管哮喘急性发作期,n=85)和缓解期组(患者处于支气管哮喘缓解期,n=61),另选取同期体检健康志愿者65例为对照组。比较3组的肺功能指标,气道炎症标志物,血清IL-25、IL-33、Eotaxin表达水平,分析血清IL-25、IL-33、Eotaxin与气道炎性反应的相关性。结果3组的用力肺活量(FVC)、最大深呼吸后第1秒呼除气量容积(FEV1)和最大呼气峰流速值(PEF)水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且对照组的FVC、FEV1和PEF水平高于缓解期组,缓解期组的FVC、FEV1和PEF水平高于急性期组(P<0.05);3组的呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)浓度、血清总免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、IL-25、IL-33和Eotaxin水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且对照组的FeNO、血清总IgE、IL-25、IL-33和Eotaxin水平低于缓解期组,缓解期组的FeNO、血清总IgE、IL-25、IL-33和Eotaxin水平低于急性期组(P<0.05);IL-25、IL-33、Eotaxin水平均与FeNO、IgE水平呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论BA患者存在血清IL-25、IL-33和Eotaxin表达水平明显升高现象,三者的表达水平与BA患者气道炎性反应存在相关性,临床可用于BA发作及病情严重程度的辅助诊断。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum IL-25,IL-33,eotaxin and airway inflammatory reaction in patients with bronchial asthma(BA).Methods A total of 146 patients with BA who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into acute phase group(n=85)and remission group(n=61).Meanwhile,65 healthy volunteers were enrolled as control group.The lung function indexes,airway inflammation markers,serum IL-25,IL-33,and eotaxin levels were observed and compared among the three groups.Moreover the correlation between serum IL-25,IL-33,eotaxin and airway inflammatory reaction was analyzed.Results There were significant differences in FVC,FEV1 and PEF among the three groups(P<0.05).The levels of FVC,FEV1 and PEF in control group were significantly higher than those in remission group,which in remission group were were significantly higher than those in acute phase group(P<0.05).Moreover,there were significant differences in the levels of nitric oxide(FeNO),IgE,IL-25,IL-33 and eotaxin among the three groups(P<0.05).The levels of FeNO,serum total IgE,IL-25,IL-33 and eotaxin in control group were significantly lower than those in in remission group,which in remission group were significantly lower than those in acute phase group(P<0.05).In addition the levels of IL-25,IL-33 and eotaxin were positively correlated with those of FeNO and IgE(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of serum IL-25,IL-33 and eotaxin in BA patients are obviously increased,which is related with airway inflammatory reaction,and it can be aued as assistant diagnosis of BA.
