摘要
本文针对机械式压力机常见的两种传动结构———曲柄滑块机构和多连杆机构,构建其传动机构数学模型,得到两种传动机构滑块的运动方程。根据运动方程,利用仿真软件得出滑块的位移、速度、加速度曲线,然后对两种传动机构滑块的位移、速度、加速度曲线进行分析比较。
Aiming at two common transmission structures of mechanical press--crank slider mechanism and multi-link mechanism,the mathematical models of the transmission mechanism have been built and the motion equations of the two transmission mechanism sliders have been obtained;according to the motion equations,the simulation software has been used to obtain the displacement,velocity,and acceleration curves of the sliders.Then the displacement,velocity,and acceleration curves of the two transmission mechanism sliders have been analyzed and compared.
