基于表面改性的温拌阻燃沥青的制备及性能研究 被引量:6

Preparation of Warm Mixed Flame Retardant Asphalt based on Surface Modification and Study of its Performance

摘要 采用酞酸酯偶联剂对自制复合阻燃改性剂BPN进行表面改性,制备新型复合阻燃剂BPN-Ti,并通过测试不同用量下温拌阻燃沥青的氧指数、烟密度及低温延度,确定了BPN-Ti的合理用量;通过对比试验,研究了表面改性对温拌阻燃改性沥青的阻燃性、抑烟性、贮存稳定性及路用性能的影响。结果表明,BPN-Ti的合理掺量为沥青的6.0%,BPN-Ti的加入引起温拌阻燃沥青的低温延度和弹性回复下降的同时,也显著提升了温拌阻燃沥青的阻燃性、抑烟性和贮存稳定性;表面改性工艺对阻燃沥青的阻燃性、抑烟性及热稳定性并无实质作用,但可有效改善复合阻燃剂BPN与沥青之间的界面相容性,并由此显著改善了BPN-Ti的贮存稳定性、低温延度及其他路用性能。 A new composite flame retardant BPN-Ti is prepared by using titanate coupling agent to modify the surface of self-made composite flame retardant.The reasonable dosage of BPN-Ti is determined by testing the oxygen index,smoke density and low-temperature ductility of warm mixed flame retardant asphalt under different dosage of BPN-Ti.The effects of surface modification on flame retardancy,smoke suppression,storage stability and road performance of the modified asphalt are studied by comparisons and tests.The results show that the reasonable dosage of BPN-Ti is 6.0%of asphalt,and the addition of BPNTi causes the low-temperature ductility and elastic recovery of warm-mix flame-retardant asphalt to decrease,and at the same time significantly improves the flame-retardant,smoke suppression and storage stability of warm-mix flame-retardant asphalt.The surface modification process has minor substantial effect on the flame retardancy,smoke suppression and thermal stability of flame retardant asphalt,but it can effectively improve the interfacial compatibility between the composite flame retardant BPN and asphalt,and thus significantly improve the storage stability,low temperature elongation and other pavement performance of BPN-Ti.
