摘要
稀土分离过程中,盐酸反萃后的负载有机变成了带有少部分盐酸的空白有机,通过研究生产中采用洗水串级洗涤空白有机中的盐酸后的洗水利用的不同方式,分析不同工艺的优缺点,为生产过程中降低酸碱消耗和减少废水排放,降低生产成本提供一定的价值。
In the process of rare earth separation, the loaded organic after hydrochloric acid stripping becomes the blank organic with a small part of hydrochloric acid. By studying the different ways of washing water utilization after washing hydrochloric acid in the blank organic in cascade in production, the advantages and disadvantages of different processes are analyzed to provide certain value for reducing acid and alkali consumption and wastewater discharge in the production process, and production costs.
