摘要
非酒精性脂肪性肝病是病位在肝,与脾关系密切,伴有瘀血阻络症状的慢性疾病。文章从非酒精性脂肪性肝病发生的病因病机入手,探讨脾虚血瘀对疾病进程的影响,并列举临床上运用健脾活血法治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的方剂,提出脾虚血瘀是非酒精性脂肪性肝病形成的重要原因,为临床上运用健脾活血的方法治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病提供理论依据。
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is a chronic disease, which is located in the liver, closely related to the spleen and accompanied with blood stasis. Starting from the etiology and pathogenesis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, the article discusses the influence of spleen deficiency and blood stasis on the disease process, and lists the prescriptions for the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease by strengthening the function of spleen and promoting blood circulation, and points out that the spleen deficiency and blood stasis are the important reasons for the formation of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, so as to provide reference for clinical application of the method of invigorating the spleen and promoting blood circulation in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease For theoretical basis.
