摘要
目的观察葛根止泻汤联合针灸治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法选择2017年7月-2019年11月于医院就诊的80例腹泻患儿,采用常规治疗的40例患儿作为对照组,采用葛根止泻汤联合针灸治疗的40例患儿作为观察组。比较并分析两组治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组血清胃泌素(GAS)、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平及中医证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组GAS、TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床指标(退热时间、止泻时间、腹痛消退时间、粪便性状恢复正常时间、恢复进食时间等)短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹泻次数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腹泻患儿予以葛根止泻汤联合针灸治疗,疗效显著,可有效改善患儿胃肠功能,缩短治疗时间,并且有效提高患儿家长满意度,有助于治疗工作的顺利开展和完成,促进患儿尽快恢复,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of Gegen Zhixie Decoction(葛根止泻汤) combined with acupuncture in the treatment of diarrhea in children.Methods Eighty cases of diarrhea children in our hospital from July 2017 to November 2019 were selected. According to the retrospective analysis method, 40 cases of children with conventional treatment were selected as the control group, and 40 cases of children treated with Gegen Zhixie Decoction combined with acupuncture were selected as the observation group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of serum gastrin(GAS), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6) or traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of GAS, TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The clinical indexes(fever reducing time, diarrhea stopping time, abdominal pain subsided time, stool properties returning to normal time, recovery time of eating, etc.) in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The number of diarrhea in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gegen Zhixie Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for children with diarrhea has significant curative effect, which can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function of children, shorten the treatment time, and effectively improve the satisfaction of parents of children. It is conducive to the smooth development and completion of treatment, so as to promote the recovery of children as soon as possible, which has high clinical application value.
