肉桂对肾阳虚大鼠血糖血脂的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex) on Blood Glucose and Lipids in Rats with Kidney-Yang Deficiency

摘要 目的探讨肉桂餐对肾阳虚大鼠血糖、血脂的影响。方法通过先天肾气不足、恐伤肾、寒伤肾、苦寒伤肾构建肾阳虚动物模型。将20只13周龄的肾阳虚雄性SD大鼠,随机分为肾阳虚组(n=10)和肾阳虚+肉桂组(n=10),并取10只普通雄性SD大鼠作为对照组(n=10)。对照组和肾阳虚组用普通鼠粮饲养,肾阳虚+肉桂组以含肉桂的鼠粮(1 g/kg鼠粮)饲养,饲养两周后,对各组大鼠进行肾阳虚证候观察及评分。检测大鼠血糖、胆固醇(cholester, CHOL)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein, LDL)。结果肾阳虚组大鼠证候评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01),血糖明显低于对照组(P<0.05),血清中的CHOL和LDL水平较对照组显著升高(P<0.01)。肾阳虚+肉桂组肾阳虚证候评分明显低于肾阳虚组(P<0.05),仍高于对照组;血糖高于肾阳虚组(P<0.05),接近对照组;血清中的CHOL和LDL水平较对照组显著升高(P<0.01),与肾阳虚组比较差异无统计学意义。结论肾阳虚大鼠易出现低血糖和高血脂。肉桂一定程度上能改善肾阳虚体征,有利于肾阳虚大鼠的血糖控制,而对肾阳虚大鼠血脂的影响不明显。 Objective To investigate the effects of Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex) on blood glucose and blood lipids in rats with kidney-Yang deficiency(KYD). Methods The rat model of KYD was established using the traditional Chinese medicine theory of congenital kidney Qi deficiency caused by fear, cold, bitter food intake and hypothermia. Twenty 13 weeks old male SD rats with KYD were randomly divided into kidney-Yang deficiency group(KDY, n=10) and kidney-Yang deficiency+Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex) group[KYD+Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex), n=10] and the normal SD rats as the control group(control, n=10). The control group and KYD group were fed normal rodent chow, while the KYD+Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex) group were fed chow containing Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex) powder(1 g/kg chow) for two weeks. Two weeks later, rats were observed for the signs of KYD and scored. Blood glucose, cholesterol(CHOL) and low density lipoprotein(LDL) were measured at the endpoint. Results Rats in KYD group had higher score(P<0.01) and lower blood glucose levels than the controls(P<0.05), with significantly increased serum levels of CHOL and LDL(P<0.01). KYD+Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex) group’s TCM symptoms scores were significantly lower than those of the KYD group(P<0.05) and higher than those of the control group. The blood glucose level was higher than that in the KYD group(P<0.05) and similar to that of the control group. The serum levels of CHOL and LDL in rats in the KYD+Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex) group was obviously increased compared with those of the control group(P<0.01) and there was no significance compared with those of the KYD group. Conclusion Rats with KDY are prone to suffer from hypoglycemia and hyperlipidemia. Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex) is effective to improve the signs of KYD and manage the manifestation of KYD and blood glucose level, however not blood lipids.
