摘要
目的探讨偃师市地区布鲁氏菌病疑似患者血清检测结果及流行病学调查情况。方法采用前瞻性随机试验方法,选取偃师市疾病预防控制中心2018年1月至2019年12月接收的439例偃师市地区布鲁氏菌病疑似患者作为研究对象。对所有疑似患者进行血清学检测,评估偃师市地区布鲁氏菌病血清检测结果,并收集其临床资料,包括年龄、性别、职业等,分析布鲁氏菌病在偃师市地区流行趋势。结果2018至2019年共接收疑似患者439例,检出阳性91例,阳性率为20.73%。将2018至2019年布鲁氏菌病疑似患者以10年为一个年龄区间进行划分,其中40~49年龄段阳性检出率最高,为28.95%;其次为30~39年龄段,阳性检出率为20.00%。439例疑似患者中,男性阳性检出率较高,为22.66%;女性阳性检出率为17.39%。439例疑似患者中,畜牧从业人员阳性检出率最高,为23.85%;学生阳性检出率最少,为10.00%。结论偃师市地区布鲁氏菌病阳性检出率逐年升高,近年来呈上升趋势,且以青壮年男性居多,多发于从事畜牧从业人员,故临床需做好对该群体的防控工作,加强布鲁氏菌病的健康宣教。
Objective investigation of brucellosis suspected patients in Yanshi.Methods A total of 439 suspected brucellosis patients were selected from the disease prevention and control center of Yanshi from January 2018 to December 2019 by prospective randomized test.All suspected patients were tested by serology,the results of brucellosis in Yanshi were evaluated,and the clinical data,including age,sex and occupation,were collected to analyze the prevalence trend of brucellosis in Yanshi.Results A toal of 439 suspected patients were received from 2018 to 2019,91 cases were positive,and the positive rate was 20.73%.The suspected brucellosis patients in 2018-2019 were divided into 10 years as an age range,of which the40-49 age group had the highest positive rate,which was 28.95%;the next was 30-39 age group,with the positive detection rate of 20.00%.Among the 439 suspected patients,the positive rate of male was the highest,which was 22.66%,and that of female was 17.39%.Among the 439 suspected patients,the positive rate of animal husbandry practitioners was the highest,which was 23.85%,and the students’positive rate was the least,which was 10.00%.Conclusions The positive rate of brucellosis in Yanshi is increasing year by year,and it is rising in recent years.The majority of young and young men are mainly engaged in animal husbandry.Therefore,the clinical work of prevention and control of brucellosis should be done well and the health education of brucellosis should be strengthened.
