多轮车辆气压制动系统动态响应特性仿真研究

摘要 多轮车辆在行驶过程中,载荷变化频繁,因此,对多轮车辆载荷转移时的气压制动系统动态响应特性进行研究很有必要。为此,课题组以多轮车辆气压制动系统为研究对象,对其载荷转移时气压制动系统的动态响应特性进行研究。首先,分析多轮车辆气压制动系统的组成和工作过程,在了解多轮车辆气压制动系统组成的基础上,对气压制动系统关键部件的结构和工作原理进行研究。其次,建立气体阀类元件的通流能力与在管路中的流动规律的压力和流量变化方程,与关键部件的结构和工作原理相结合,利用多领域仿真软件AMESim建立多轮车辆的比例继动阀、制动气室和串联双腔制动阀的仿真模型,并对仿真模型进行验证。对纵向载荷转移设置了4种工况,对横向载荷转移设置了3种工况,分别进行仿真研究,得到了各种工况下气压制动系统的响应时间,研究结果可以应用在对多工况多轮车辆制动策略的研究上。仿真试验表明,制动阀压力达到稳定值时间为0.35 s,比例继动阀增压至稳定值的时间为0.2 s,降压至0的时间为0.3 s,使得制动安全和整车制动性能提高。 It is necessary to study the dynamic response characteristics of pneumatic brake system during load transfer of multi-wheel trolley bus because the load changes frequently.Therefore,the research group takes the pneumatic braking system of multi-group trolley bus as the research object,and studies the dynamic response characteristics of the pneumatic braking system during load transfer.Firstly,the composition and working process of pneumatic braking system of multi-group trolley bus are analyzed.On the basis of understanding the composition of pneumatic braking system of multi-group trolley bus,the structure and working principle of key components of pneumatic braking system are studied.Secondly,establish the flow ability of gas valve components and the law of flow in the pipeline pressure and flow change equation,combined with the structure and working principle of key components,the use of multidisciplinary AMESim simulation software to establish several rounds of vehicle relay valve,brake chamber,and the proportion of double cavity simulation model of stop valve,and validate the simulation model.Four working conditions are set for longitudinal load transfer,and three working conditions are set for transverse load transfer.The simulation study is carried out respectively,and the response time of pneumatic braking system under various working conditions is obtained.The research results can be applied to the braking strategy research of multi-group trolley buss under multiple working conditions.The simulation test shows that the time for the brake valve pressure to reach the stable value is 0.35 s,the time for the proportional relay valve to boost to the stable value is 0.2 s,and the time for the step-down to 0 is 0.3 s,which makes the braking safety and the braking performance of the vehicle improved.
