摘要
目的基于近12年来公开发表的中医药治疗脑出血急性期的临床研究及病案报道作为研究对象,通过对文献内相关中药数据分析,探析中药治疗脑出血急性期的用药规律。方法借助中国知识资源总库内2008年1月至2020年12月相关数据资料来源,根据纳入标准及排除标准建立文献资料数据库,中药均进行标准化处理之后录入数据库,利用频数分析进行脑出血急性期的中药用药规律分析。结果治疗脑出血急性期的核心中药有8味,分别是大黄、赤芍、石菖蒲、生地黄、三七、丹皮、水蛭、瓜蒌,药物种类频数统计显示清热药是最常用的药类。高频对药为清热药和活血祛瘀药类,主治功效能够对应脑出血急性期常见的中医证型。结论中医药治疗脑出血急性期以清热凉血祛瘀为主,同时兼用泻下、开窍、止血等药物。
Objective To analyze the medication rule of Chinese materia medica(CMM)in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage based on the clinical studies and case reports of CMM for the acute cerebral hemorrhage published in the past 12 years,and based on the analysis of the relevant CMM data in the literature.Methods With the help of relevant data sources from January 2008 to December 2020 in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure,a literature database was established according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and CM Ms were standardized and entered into the database.The medication rule of CMM in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage was analyzed by frequency analysis.Results Eight core CMMs were used in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage,namely,rhubarb,red peony,calamus,raw rehmannia,radices pseudoginseng,the root bark of the peony tree,leech,and mongolian snakegourd fruit,and the frequency statistics of drug types showed that heat-clearing herbs were the most commonly used.I'he high-frequency pairs of drugs were heat-clearing herbs and blood-circulation-activating and blood-stasis removing herbs,and their main curing functions could target to the common traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types in the acute cerebral hemorrhage.Conclusion CM Ms with the functions of heat-clearing and blood-circulation-activating and blood-stasis removing are used as main drugs in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage,while drugs for purgating,inducing resuscitation and stopping bleeding are used adjuvantly.
