摘要
目的调查艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)患者(简称HIV/AIDS患者)社会适应能力的现状及与其自我接纳、自我隐瞒的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法选取郑州某三甲医院202例HIV/AIDS门诊患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、社会适应能力量表(HIV-SAS)、自我接纳问卷(SAQ)和自我隐瞒量表(SCS)进行调查。结果202例HIV/AIDS患者社会适应能力总分为(42.21±5.89)分,自我接纳总分为(40.30±5.71)分,自我隐瞒总分为(40.01±8.06)分;Person相关分析显示社会适应能力与自我接纳总分呈正相关(P<0.01),与自我隐瞒总分呈负相关(P<0.01);多元线性回归分析结果显示自我接纳、自我隐瞒、性别、年龄及职业是HIV/AIDS患者社会适应能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论HIV/AIDS患者社会适应能力、自我接纳处于较低水平,自我隐瞒程度较高,且自我接纳、自我隐瞒影响患者的社会适应能力,提示医护人员应关注三者的关系,采取联合干预的方案,增强社会适应能力,提升其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the current status of social adaptability of HIV/AIDS patients,and its relationship with self-acceptance and self-concealment.Methods By means of convenience sampling,202 HIV/AIDS patients were investigated by general data questionnaire,HIV-SAS,SAQ and SCS in a Grade A hospital in Zhengzhou.Results Out of 202 HIV/AIDS patients,the total score of social adaptation,self-acceptance and self-concealment was(42.21±5.89),(40.30±5.71)and(40.01±8.06).According to the Pearson correlation analysis,there was a positive correlation between the total score of self-acceptance and the social adaptability(P<0.01),and a negative correlation between the total score of self-concealment and the social adaptability(P<0.01).The results of linear regression analysis showed that the total score of self-acceptance and self-concealment,gender,age and occupation were the factors,which affected the social adaptability of HIV/AIDS patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of social adaptation ability and self-acceptance in HIV/AIDS patients are low,and the degree of self-concealment are relatively high.Morvever,self-acceptance and self-concealment may affect the HIV/AIDS patients.Medical staff should evaluate and intervene the relationship among the three to improve the patient′s social adaptability and improve their quality of life.
