摘要
日光包括紫外线、可见光及红外线,既往研究多聚焦于仅占日光5%的紫外线,而对约占日光50%的可见光研究甚少。随着对光生物学研究的深入,发现可见光具有诱导色素沉着、氧化应激、光老化、抑制增殖及抗肿瘤等多种皮肤生物学效应,且不同波长的可见光具有不同甚至相反的生物学效应。可见光光源具有能量低、安全性高、波长范围广的优点,基于可见光特性所研发的设备已被广泛运用于皮肤疾病的治疗,但其对皮肤的负面影响也日益被关注。本文就可见光的光生物学效应、临床运用前景及防护策略进行综述。
Sunlight consists of ultraviolet,visible light and infrared rays.Previous studies mostly focused on the biological effect of ultraviolet which only accounts for 5%of sunlight,while there was little research on visible light which accounts for about 50%of sunlight.With the deep insight of photobiology research,it has been found that visible light can induce pigmentation,oxidative stress,photoaging,and which also have the effects of inhibiting proliferation,anti-tumor and etc.Visible light of different wavelengths have different or even opposite biological effects.Due to its advantages of low energy,high security and wide wavelength range,the devices developed based on such performance have been widely used in the treatment of skin diseases.However,its harmful effects on the skin have been gradually concerned.In this paper,the photobiological effects,clinical applications and protective strategies of visible light have been summarized.
